About Me

I’m a warm, open-minded registered psychologist who supports children and adults to strengthen their mental health and work through challenges in ways that feel meaningful and practical for them. I also enjoy partnering with parents to help them feel confident and capable in supporting their child’s emotional wellbeing.I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, body-focused repetitive behaviours (such as hair pulling and skin picking), and difficulties with emotional regulation. Many clients I work with are Autistic and/or ADHDers. As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent people to thrive and live life authentically.I provide services under the Better Access (Medicare) scheme, the NDIS, and for privately funded clients.

My Approach

Because everyone’s needs are unique, I take a flexible approach that draws on a variety of evidence-based therapies, including:Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS)
Solution-Focused Therapy
When working with children, I integrate Play Therapy with other evidence-based strategies to make sessions engaging, relaxed, and fun. I often incorporate a young person’s interests to spark creativity and motivation, helping them feel more comfortable and invested in the process.I recognise the vital role parents and caregivers play in a child’s social and emotional development. I work in partnership with families to build confidence and support children in reaching their therapy goals.Finding the right therapist is an important decision, and I encourage you to get in touch if you’d like to discuss your needs and see if I may be a good fit.

I acknowledge the Beeloo people of the Whadjuk Noongar Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.I’m grateful for their ongoing care of this Country and pay my respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.I recognise that sovereignty was never ceded, and I honour the strength and resilience of all First Nations Peoples.
